“Chasing Memories” by Pascal Klewer Big Band (Unit Records)

Pascal Klewer has put together a beautiful project including young musicians of the German jazz scene. He composed and arranged all the pieces by himself. I am also happy to play with his Big Band regularly in the concert series “Pascal Klewer Big Band meets…” featuring incredible musicians like Christian Lillinger, Peter Brötzmann or Evan Parker. For every concert Pascal arranges a completely new programme which is an insane amount of work. I have a lot of respect for this.
